We are experts in guiding you through the conveyancing process and we pride ourselves on taking excellent care of you every step of the way. We aim to exceed our clients’ expectations by going beyond the duties of a normal practice and we believe in providing an exceptional service, up to date legal advice and to proactively work on your behalf. We aim to simplify the process for you and promise to never use legal jargon when simple words will do. Although we have established a client base in the south of Wales, we are able act for clients based anywhere in England and Wales.
Meet the Team
Katie McIntyre
Partner, Solicitor
Katie is a Solicitor and one of the founding Members of Wade and Wade LLP. Katie has worked in the legal sector since 2007 after completing a Law Degree and a diploma in Legal Practice at Swansea University. Katie has worked for various firms in the South Wales area gaining experience in residential conveyancing, family law and will writing and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2016. Katie deals with residential conveyancing and regulatory compliance for the firm.
Kelly Goddard
Partner, Legal Executive
Kelly is a Chartered Legal Executive and one of the founding Members of Wade and Wade LLP. Kelly commenced her career in a busy conveyancing department at a large law firm in 2002 and has worked at several firms in the Newport and Cwmbran areas. Whilst working as a legal assistant, Kelly studied Law at a local college and qualified as a Lawyer in March 2013. Kelly deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including complex conveyancing matters.
Rhiannon Blackaby
Associate Solicitor
Rhiannon is a Solicitor and has exclusively worked in Conveyancing in various firms throughout South Wales since completing a Law Degree and a diploma in Legal Practice at Swansea University in 2006. Rhiannon qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. Rhiannon has 16 years’ experience and deals with all aspects of Conveyancing.
